Eurobike 2012: Andre Greipel’s custom Olympic road race bike

Eurobike, the cycling industry’s annual trade show in Friedrichshafen, Germany, gives bike manufacturers the opportunity to put their machines on a pedestal in front of thousands of the world’s cycling press, dealers and consumers. Here’s Andre Greipel’s custom Ridley Noah FAST from the Olympic road race.

Greipel uses Deda’s 35mm bar and stem combo which, compared to the regular 31.6mm version, is said to improve stiffness. Note the ever-so-slightly grubby handlebar tape and slammed stem
The brakes on the Noah FAST, unveiled in 2011, are integrated into the fork and seatstays
