FFWD has released the F9R wheels, which use the company’s new ‘Darc’ profile to improve aerodynamics.
The proprietary aero technology employs a ‘negative arc section’ which the company says will compress the air, increasing the pressure, similar to the air pressure on the topside of an airfoil. [Right-ho - ed.]
The F9R wheels use a 90mm deep section TC35 carbon rim and is available with a choice of hubs. A 59mm clincher version, the F6R/C, is also available.
