London Bike Show doubles in size for second year

The London Bike Show will double in size when it returns to the Excel Centre for the second year on January 12-15.

Bike manufacturer Cube, retailer Sigma Sport and distributors Extra and Upgrade will be at the show, alongside existing exhibitors, including Trek, Madison and Continental.

The London Bike Show runs alongside the Outdoors Show, the Active Travel Show and the London Boat Show.

“The event has already doubled in size from its first outing in January 2011, and looks set to grow further as the show draws closer,” said the organisers.

Cube will be making their first appearance at a UK consumer show for two years. The brand said: We see a fantastic opportunity at the London Bike Show. After a two-year absence from consumer shows in the UK, we look forward to returning to the place where we launched the Cube brand six years ago.  We will be bringing all our flagship bikes to display what Cube is all about.”

Extra will be bringing a range of brands to the show, including Topeak, Ergon, Easton, Fizik, Brooks, Cane Creek, Hutchinson and Selle Royal, while Upgrade’s brands include Kinesis, Reynolds and Lezyne.

Sigma Sport, who will be launching their pro team at the show, said: “The London Bike Show presents a fantastic opportunity for Sigma Sport to engage with a wide range of people who all share a common passion for outdoor sports and activities.

“Sigma Sport will once again be exhibiting a wide range of the latest product from the industry’s leading brands, there will also be a chance to meet some of the Sigma Sport professional road cycling team with their official launch taking place at the show.”
