Daniel Lloyd (Team IG-Sigma Sport) delivers another assessment of a crucial stage of the 2012 Tour de France: stage 16.
In this short film, he takes to the saddle to analyse the challenges presented to the riders by four of the most iconic climbs of the Pyrenees: the Col d’Aubisque, the Col du Tourmalet, the Col d’Aspin, and the Peyresourde.
The riders will face these giants on Wednesday (18) on the 197km stage from Pau to Bagnères-de-Luchon, the day after a rest day: an interuption that can have consequences, Lloyd says.
