Just a quick one to let you know that Eric Martlew’s cycle helmet Bill has not made it past its reading in the commons today.
Apparently too few MPs showed up for the debate, according to Bikebiz there were only about 16 present when the minimum requirement is 40. Martlew won’t be giving up easily though.
