RCUK rounds up five of the biggest transfers as preparations for next year's WorldTour are shaped

The dust has barely settled on the 2013 road racing season, and teams are already dotting ‘i’s and crossing ‘t’s on their plans for next year.

And of course, a big part of those plans is the signing of new riders for the new season, with former riders retiring, teams folding and others looking to target new ambitions in 2014.

This time last year saw a number of high profile movers and shakers, not least Mark Cavendish opting to join Omega Pharma-Quickstep and Vincenzo Nibali making the switch to Astana.
