Bespoked Bristol – opening night

Bespoked Bristol, the UK’s handmade bike show, opened today (Fri 23) at Brunel’s Old Station.

Hundreds of bike connoisseurs queued patiently as the show opened at 5pm to check out frames from the likes of Tom Donhou, Ricky Feather, and Tom Warmerdam.

Robin Mather was awarded ‘best in show’ by a judging panel made up of Rob Penn, Nick Reardon, Mick Hand, Matt Skinner, and Steve Worland. Ricky Feather won the ‘best road bike’ award.

A full report of the show’s opening night will follow, including interviews with Tom Donhou and Ricky Feather on the bikes made for Rapha’s UK Continental project, which was launched at the show.

Here’s a selection of photographs from Kayti Peschke, the show’s official photographer.
