The final offering in the ‘road’ range from BMC isn’t a road bike at all, it’s a track bike.
And it’s a very mean looking one at that. The TR01 bears a striking resemblance to BMC’s TM01 TT bike, and has a set of wild aero Scatto drop bars from 3T as well as a hugely adjustable stem.

Meanwhile, the TR02 is a pared back aluminium version of the TR01, aimed at people who want to ride the track but have less to spend, or aren’t serious enough to warrant a full-on carbon dedicated machine. Having said that, the natural finish of the aluminium is a very striking look, so you won’t feel like you missed out by saving a few pounds.
