With wind tunnel testing complete, and early prototypes now with some 10,000km beneath them, courtesy of test pilots from professional teams in New Zealand, Ballard is ready to take the Hadron to its production phase.

“One of the reasons why is that we had very, very good correlation between our CFD work and our wind tunnel work,” he explains. Swiss Side is targeting a May launch for the Hadron. We’ll be testing the wheel in advance of its launch. Check back soon for our ‘first look’ and full review.
