UCI WorldTour 2014: six of the best kits for the new season

Pro cycling's elite showcase their new team colours down under

At one point this winter it appeared Russian banker Oleg Tinkov and his sponsorship money was off to pastures new. But after Saxo Bank had increased their commitment to the Danish team, Mr Tinkov decided to re-invest after all and purchased Bjarne Riis Cycling. Previously blue and yellow, the kit is now predominantly yellow with some blue, perhaps to reflect the change in pecking order from Saxo-Tinkoff to Tinkoff-Saxo. On the early evidence Down Under, it will certainly be an easy one to spot in the crowded peloton. In a sea of black jerseys for the new season, this bright yellow affair certainly makes a refreshing change.
