UCI WorldTour 2014: six of the best kits for the new season

Pro cycling's elite showcase their new team colours down under

Having taken over the WorldTour license of RadioShack-Leopard for the coming season, Trek Factory Racing are likely to feature heavily at the sharp end of races this season with Fabian Cancellara and Andy Schleck chasing Classics success and Grand Tour honours respectively. And the Luxembourg team will do so in a brand new kit, with the previous jerseys –  white and black, with red and blue stripes – completely overhauled.

Trek have instead opted for a black, pinstriped jersey designed with a nod towards the classic, simple kits of yesteryear. Also featuring a white sleeve, the clothing – according to Trek’s Brian Lindstrom – is ‘lightweight and extremely breathable’, while the white sleeve and a white ring on the shorts enhances its visibility.
