De Marchi and Caruso will join a BMC Racing team which has already been bolstered by the addition of Australian Rohan Dennis.
The former Garmin-Sharp man made a mid-season switch after expressing his desire to rejoin former director Allan Pieper for next season.
With the Commonwealth Games time trial silver medallist set to move for next season, the two teams came to an arrangement to allow the rider to join BMC with immediate effect and the 24-year-old is on the provisional startlist for the Vuelta a Espana.
Dennis – a perennial contender in time trials this season – was also second overall at the AMGEN Tour of California behind Sir Bradley Wiggins (Team Sky), picking up a stage win on the way.
Seen as one of the brightest talents on the WorldTour, BMC Racing also hope Dennis can take on a leadership role in some one-day races and one-week stage races, alongside taking on a domestique role.
