Ronde van Calderdale, Sunday April 5
Easter Sunday, the same day as the Tour of Flanders, sees Yorkshire’s cobbled equivalent, the Ronde van Calderdale roll out.
Numerous cobbled climbs feature on the fully signposted sportive, where retro and vintage kit is welcomed – and a prize is on offer for the best dressed.
There are routes of 115km and 55km, rolling both out from the Speen Valley Sports College in Roberttown. Entry is limited to 500 riders, with ten testing cobbled climbs packed into the shorter route and 13 on the longer route.
