Team Sky’s kit for 2014 has been unveiled by British brand Rapha, as the two continue their successful partnership started last year.
Designed in line with Team Sky’s ‘marginal gains’ philosophy – creating optimal performance by perfecting every detail – Rapha say the kit matches their own approach.
And with new, updated designs available for 2014, fans can also buy their own Team Sky jerseys to show their support over the coming year.
The Pro Collection, designed to the same specifications as Team Sky’s kit, offers ‘robust simplicity’, which Rapha claim make it ‘streamlined, lightweight, durable and unfailingly fit for purpose’.
Featuring products using proprietary fabrics and cutting edge technology, the Pro Collection includes a new mesh jersey – released this summer – two new glove designs and a lightweight gilet.
A new wet bag, designed at the request of the team, has also been added to the range.
Replica kit is also available, with shorts and jerseys featuring the iconic blue stripe of Sky’s kit ans a new designed for women’s bibs and shorts added too.
Rapha also offer a personalised jersey, allowing customers to have their surname and national flag printed onto the replica jersey.
Apparel and accessories, including sprinters jeans, an updated merino hooded top, special editions t-shirts, scarves and flags are also available.
