The 2016 Tour of Britain rolls out from Glasgow on Sunday (September 4), with an all-star cast set for the eight-day race this year.
Mark Cavendish, Sir Bradley Wiggins, Tom Dumoulin, Alex Dowsett and Andre Greipel are among the big names set to fight it out on British roads, with the peloton also taking in Cumbria and the Lakes, Cheshire, Wales and the South West before the traditional London finale on Sunday September 11.
But if you can’t make it to the roadside, there’s still plenty of choice when it comes to watching the action unfold, with both ITV4 and the BIKE Channel broadcasting live coverage of this year’s race.
BIKE Channel is available on Sky channel 464, Virgin Media channel 552 and Freesat channel 251 for those yet to watch the UK’s first dedicated cycling channel.
