Living in Scotland, the Endura product team know a thing or two about making a jacket that protects you against wind, rain and chilly temperatures on the one hand but that does not leave you boiling hot on the other.
The result of that knowledge is the Convert Softshell, with zip-off sleeves to turn the jacket into a gilet.
The three-layer jacket is manufactured with a fast-wicking textured polyester inner, a waterproof and breathable middle membrane and a supple polyamide microfibre outer shell.
The jacket (or should that be gilet?) features reflective trim on the sleeves, three regular rear pockets, a zipped rear pocket and a zipped chest pocket with audio port.
The Convert Softshell comes in sizes small to extra-large, with the men’s version available in yellow, red and green, and the women’s in purple and black. Retail price is £99.99.
