Due to the severe weather pounding the UK currently, Evans Cycles have taken the decision to cancel the Ride It! event this weekend, which was due to take place at Chieveley.

“Due to the severe weather conditions across Southern England, and with worse weather forecast for the weekend we have cancelled this ride,” says Evans Cycles. “Customers pre-entered will be contacted and their entry fee refunded.  Ongoing information can be found at the Ride It! Blog.

“Evans Cycles and the Ride It! team apologise for any inconvenience caused but participant safety is paramount at the Ride It! events and the current weather conditions could not ensure the normal high standards of safety.”

Fear not, the next scheduled event on 30/31 January should hopefully go ahead as planned.
