dhb unveiled new additions to is clothing range at the London Cycle Show. Building on the popularity and success of its competitively priced clothing, the highlights for next year include a new jacket, tights, gloves and the introduction of a new off-the-bike urban range.
The dhb Droxford Jacket is a waterproof shell which follows similar lines to last year’s Wickham Jacket. It uses a 2.5 layer breathable fabric with fully taped seams and gets nice touches like single-handed adjustable waist pullers, Velcro cuffs, drop tail hem and a waterproof zipper. Available in black or hi-vis yellow in male and female-specific versions, both jackets feature stylish piping and contrast seams.
The dhb Merston Hi Vis Bib Tights are the updated version of the Merston Bibs. They’re made from a wind-resistant Thermo-stretch brush fabric with double layer knee paneling and reflective high visibility inserts on the front, side and back. Breathability has been improved with a stretchy and fleecy bib. A handy zip in the bib makes roadside pitstops that little bit easier. Dhb listened to customer feedback and has changed the ankle zipper with a lockdown puller.
Again listening to feedback the Amberley Waterproof Glove has been improved with thicker, longer cuffs designed to keep the cold out and warmth in. A soft, fleecy pad has been added to the thumb – perfect for wiping the inevitable runny nose during a cold ride. Reflective piping ensures the rider is safely seen while finger grips are positioned to improve manual dexterity.
dhb has added the Southsea collection, clothing designed to look as cool on the bike as it does off. The Southsea Jacket is packed with technical features to make it work well on the bike however, with a fully waterproof 2.5 layer breathable fabric, Velcro cuffs, two roomy rear pockets, single-handed adjustable waist pullers and a fleece-lined high collar.
