Specialized is a dab hand at well designed and well executed advertising campaigns, as anyone familiar with some of the firm’s on- and off-line adverts will know. For Christmas, Specialized has gone one step further and produced a super-slick animated Christmas card.

Why are we mentioning an animated Specialized Christmas card, you ask? It made us smile. It’s nice to see such creativity used to elevate a mundane cassette into, possibly, a work of art. With Tchaikovsky’s ‘The Nutcracker Suite’ score, and some well timed squeaking brakes, clicking shifters and plucking cables, the 30 second clip is entertaining and worth watching.
