The growing palmares of Scottish cycling will be celebrated in a star-studded cycling/coffee evening in Edinburgh this month.
Ronde Bike shop, Edinburgh, will host the ‘#Minutae2’ evening on Thursday December 19.
Organised by para cyclist Tom Staniford, it follows the success of the inaugural Minutae talk at London’s Look Mum No Hands! cafe in May.
Finlay Pretsell, director of the upcoming David Millar Project film, and its producer Sonja Henrici will discuss the biopic and show exclusive clips at the evening.
Scottish track ace James McCallum, who is targeting his fourth Commonwealth Games’ appearance next summer, will also be in attendance, discussing the drive behind his continued programme of training and racing.
Mountain bike and cyclo-cross champion Rab Wardell completes the line-up, and will discuss his experiences flying the nation’s flag on the ‘muddy stuff’.
Snacks and coffees – including an exclusive ‘Minutae’ roast – will be on offer at Ronde during the show.
Tickets are available on the door, or in advance by calling 0131 260 9888 or emailing [email protected] with MINUTAE2 in the subject field, and cost £8.
