Now in its second year, Team Conti is an affiliated cycling club, run by Cambrian Tyres, the exclusive UK importer for Continental bicycle tyres. Team Conti has a membership of over thirty, covering many disciplines and is ideal for cyclists who are looking to join up with a club for the first time or for cyclists who simply wish to get their hands on the favourable clothing prices and ride in the famous Continental colours.
In 2005, members rode in many events across the UK and even in some sportifs abroad and this is the type of event that most Team Conti members seem to be going in for. In 2006, some new additions to the club mean that the Team Conti jersey will also be seen in the racing peloton.

Members can join up by following the instructions online at www.conti-tyres.co.uk and are able to compete in UK events run by British Cycling and Cycling Time Trials.
For a join up fee of £49.95, Team Conti members receive the following benefits :
• Set of race clothing including jersey, bibshorts, socks & cap (Retail value of over £70)
• 1 years membership to Team Conti
• 10% Discount on further clothing such as jackets, gilletts and skinsuits
• Team Website where members can interact via a new forum
• Reaffililiation of only £15 which includes a fresh pair of team socks!
The Continental website now features a Team Conti mini site which will include news of achievements by members and also includes a forum for everyone to chat about their rides, equipment and any other business.

Discounted prices will then be given on additional clothing including a race gillett and warm up jacket. However Continental cannot offer any discounted tyre related products. Tyres should still be sourced from your existing dealer.
