Headwinds, the bane of any cyclist’s ride, are at this time of year unavoidable. It is now a matter of when, not if, you have to tackle a headwind.
One member of RCUK’s 12,000-strong Twitter community suggested simply turning around when confronted with a headline, but if you have places to be and miles to log, then sadly, this isn’t an option (nice idea, though!).
The best way to beat a headwind is therefore to face it, well ‘head on’, and we have prepared some handy tips on how to do exactly that.
