Tubeless tyres are rapidly gaining popularity with road cyclists and fitting one is actually much easier than you might think.
It relies on an air-tight seal between the tyre and wheel rim, while a fluid poured into the void between tyre and wheel to create a seal in the event of a puncture.
We checked in with Jon Hayes, mechanic at Dorset-based Ride, to find out how to fit a tubeless tyre.
