Hot on the heels of launching a range of titanium frames last year, Enigma has just added a couple of components to their line-up. They should certainly complete any bike setup and carve a little weight of in the process.
The skewers – 6Al 2.5V titanium axles and levers with anodised aluminium cams – weigh a measly 38g a pair. They’ll cost you £39.95.
Then there’s two headsets to suit your wallet. Choose the £69.95 titanium version, CNC machined and mirror polished, with Campagnolo Compatible Sealed bearings, weight 65g. Or the rather more affordable £24.95 aluminium alternative with a less fancy aluminium top cap, but with the same serviceable bearings, weight 64g. Just a 2g difference between the two then…
What better way to hold your bottles in place than Enigma’s carbon bottle cages. Made from 3K carbon, they weigh 26g and cost a reasonable £24.99.
Seat clamps are an often forgotten component, but the job they do is vital. This £49.95 Enigma one is shaped from titanium and weighs just 21.5g.
