Andy Wallis from www.PoshBikes.com tells us that this is no joke:

Although it also fits standard household toilets. We have had so much interest in this product since the Bling Bling article on London Cycle Sport, that we are considering supplying them. The price would be based on quantity produced.”
John at LCS decided that his bathroom suite should receive the full carbon treatment too, so he suggested a carbon cistern, however Andy was quick to respond:
“How about a gold nitrided (TiN) titanium high pressure float valve, with ceramic washers, and high modulus carbon ball cock… I think a carbon cistern is taking things a little too far though?”
Do you know anything that should be carbon and isn’t? We’ll start a competition and the best suggestion will win a piece of carbon bike gear (might be just a bottle cage, but it’s the thought that counts!)
