Lezyne entered the light market last year with a three-strong range, starting with the 150-Lumen Mini Drive – and the company’s expanded their offering with the introduction of the Femto Drive.
The Femto Drive is essentially a safety light, available in available in a front (white) and rear (red) version, as well as a front and rear pair. Powered by a pair of replaceable CR2032 coin cell batteries, the front light has an output of 15 Lumens, while the rear light put out seven Lumens. Attachment comes by way of a rubber band which hooks onto the light unit.
“The Femto Drive LED is pretty small, but still manages to really pack a punch,” said Patrick Ribera-McKay, Lezyne’s head of marketing. “The body is CNC-machined aluminum and super weather resistant. This light is going to be in service for much longer than other blinky lights, but it’s only going to cost $14.99.”
UK prices have been set at £12.99 for the front or rear lights, or £21.99 for a front/rear pair. Stock is expected to arrive in July.
