Michelin Krylion Carbon®
This is a training tyre with a reinforced tread that offers exceptional durability. Based on tests conducted at the Michelin Technology Center, the tyre can (according to their press release) run for more than an average of 8,000 kilometres before wearing out.
Its bias-ply casing, featuring a belt of tread-reinforcing plies of High Density Puncture Protector (HDPP) twill weave fabric, ensures impressive puncture resistance. The 127 threads per inch (TPI) fabric means that the Krylion Carbon® is lighter, more flexible and offers less rolling resistance than a 33 TPI tyre of the same size and model.
The Michelin Krylion Carbon® is designed to deliver exceptional grip in both wet and dry conditions. The new tyre is available in three sizes, with three different border colours inspired by the Pro² Race range.
