Hot on the heels of the Rouleur
Photography Annual, published in October, Rouleur Issue 7 is here just in time for
Christmas.
Rouleur 7 has 100 pages reflecting the depth and drama of our great sport;
however, it seems that this issue features more off-road features than on-road.
Six Days – Camille J McMillan’s wonderful images illustrate
Graeme Fife’s account of this indoor winter sport from some of the maddest,
baddest velodromes of northern Europe.
Cyclo-cross – Geoff Waugh is no stranger to off road, as he
is usually taking pictures for mountain bike magazines. Nothing can prepare
you for this winter hell of mud and pain, as Guy Andrews reflects…
Handle bar tape may seen like a banal subject but it’s very
close to the heart of Rouleur’s pedantic technical guru Rohan Dubash. Only he
can find 4000 words on the subject…
The Stelvio, perhaps the most familiar road in the Italian
Alps, is photographed by Timm Kölln whilst Richard Moore relives some of the
battles that have shaped the competition for the Giro d’Italia’s Cima Coppi.
There is also an incisive interview with Sean Yates by Matt
Seaton photography by Ben Ingham
