Custom paint schemes to celebrate Bastille Day |
Bastille Day. A National Holiday for the French which on Tuesday saw a British win, as Mark Cavendish sprinted to another victory. And it also proved as another opportunity for a bicycle manufacturer to supply its riders with a custom bike.
So Team Quickstep celebrated the day with its two French riders, Sylvain Chavanel and Jerome Pineau, riding aboard two very special Tarmac SL2 frames.

The custom red, white and blue framesets also featured messages inscribed in the frame as well as their names stickered to the top tube.
