Cycle Systems Academy launch level three course

Cycle Systems Academy’s state-of-the-art facility is based in north London

Cycle Systems Academy have launched their new level three training course for professional mechanics.

High-end groupset setup and maintenance, including working with Shimano’s Di2 electronic system, will fall under the new course, which also includes working with hydraulic brakes and suspension systems to an advanced level.

The course, which costs £990 plus VAT, will be taught as a 10-day unit over two working weeks starting June 20, September 19 or November 21, with a limited five-month weekend option also available.

Currently the only full level three bicycle mechanic course in the United Kingdom, the course represents an opportunity for any individual or qualified mechanic looking to improve their existing level of knowledge, as well as tackling some of the industry’s most up-to-date kit.

“We are committed to providing the very best cycle mechanics training to both consumers and trade alike,” said Cycle Systems director Sean Lally.

“With funding also being available through our partners Havering College, there’s never been a better time to train yourself or your staff  to gain a competitive advantage in the market place.”

Cycle Systems also continue to provide a range of industry standard courses, including level two cycle maintenance, hub gears and brakes servicing and repair, Brompton bicycle service and repair and basic maintenance courses for enthusiasts.
