The darling of the Italian tifosi and former road world champion Felice Gimondi is a living legend. His ride is pretty legendary too. Distance: 165km.

22.05.05 – Novo Colli (Nine hills)
As the name suggests this is a test of your climbing skills. Tougher than the Etape, just as many people. Distance: 210km.

05.06.05 – Gran Fondo Wilier Triestina Vicenza
Small but perfectly formed. Distance: 161km.

19.06.05 – Gran Fondo Campagnolo
Regarded as the classic Gran Fondo… but you can use Shimano if you like. Distance: 208km.

17.07.05 – Gran Fondo Pinarello
One of the more beautiful rides you’ll ever do. Starts and finishes in Treviso. If you are lucky you’ll get to ride with Miguel Indurain. Distance: 183km.
