Well, here it is.
Arguably the most popular item exhibit at the London Bike Show, Pinarello’s Cav edition of the Dogma 2 certainly had punters stopping in their tracks when the show opened yesterday.
With Sky branding, rainbow bands on the carbon monostay, and a signature edition of Cavendish’s favoured pancake flat Pro handlebar stem, the machine hangs elegantly in a window into Pinarello’s futuristic stand.
In close proximity hangs a Pinarello Graal time trial machine in red, white and blue, with British Cycling branding. Wiggins won a silver medal at the world time trial championships on an identical machine last October.
We brought you news last week that Neil Pryde’s Bayamo time trial bike would receive its European debut at the London Bike Show, and here it is. Word on the stand is that it will be given its competitive debut at the Amgen Tour of California in May, with the United Healthcare team.
