Nalini Mog 1 Bib Shorts £39.99
Cycling bib shorts don’t come much more basic than these, but when they are this good that is, perhaps, no bad thing. After all, basic implies no-frills and usually means inexpensive.
It would, of course, be harsh to describe shorts with such an excellent Nalini insert as basic, but with decoration limited to a discrete Nalini badge on one leg, logo-free leg grippers and bib straps than are simply an extension of their respective Lycra panels, there is nothing superfluous about the Mog 1s whatsoever.
On the other hand, that high-quality two-piece insert and eight panel construction ensure that, while nobody will notice them when worn, that includes the wearer.
Verdict
Basic but offering great performance
Affordable, plain, comfortable…
No obvious visual appeal
