With 10 World Champions confirmed to ride the event, the first names to be release on the rider list are the reigning Team Pursuit World Champions Rob Hayles, Paul Manning and Chris Newton. The three stars of the track have had a great season on the road with their Recycling Team taking numerous domestic wins this season including the Tour of the Peak, the Newport Nocturne and a very strong team showing at the Tour of Britain.
