Tour de Lance – Stage 15

Stage 15 – Sunday 17th July – Lézat-sur-Lèze to Saint-Lary Soulan (Pla d’Adet) – 205.5 km

Armstrong has taken the race by the scruff of the neck as his team mate George Hincapie gets the stage victory after laying low in a break away group for most of the day. Team tactics from Disco were spot-on today. T-Mobile were, once again, all over the show.

Back in the peloton Lance did his usual thing and it’s business as usual for Disco. Game over for Ullrich et al. Only Basso can match Lance’s accelerations. Why, oh why doesn’t Jan change gear?

We’re off to the Tour TT now, so see you in a week or so…
