The Tour Series moves into its fourth week this week with the town centre crit racing heading to Stoke-on-Trent on 16 June and Colchester on 18 June.
Week three saw a concerted move from Team Halfords Bikehut in this 10 round race series. However, the teams of Candi TV – Marshalls Pasta and Madison.co.uk will be looking to put pressure on them.
Candi TV are on their home turf in Stoke on Trent. There will be no doubting their determination to put on a good show for their home fans and as Russell Downing says: “this week’s circuits will suit us down to the ground.”
Madison.co.uk now occupy second spot in the team standings and Tony Gibb was strong on Thursday, controlling the sprints and bitterly disappointed not to take the win. Madison also placed three riders in 9 at Southport and can be expected to continue that showing this week as they also welcome back Steven Adams.
It is also good to see Endura climbing the overall team rankings and gaining strength as the series progresses. Having lagged behind for the first few events the Scots-based squad are now scoring well round-after-round, and have climbed above the teams of www.cyclingbargains.com and BMC Racing to occupy 8th spot.

Racing kicks of at 7.00pm on Tuesday and Thursday, with support events throughout the afternoon at both venues. The Tour Series highlights programme occupies the now familiar time-slot of 7pm on Wednesday and Friday and look out for the lively post-race podcast from ITV man Ned Bolting and guests.
