The television schedule for the 2013 Tour of Britain has been announced, with live coverage to be broadcast on both ITV4 and Eurosport.
Mark Cavendish (Omega Pharma-QuickStep) and Bradley Wiggins (Team Sky) top the bill for the tenth edition of Britain’s premier race, and in total 16.5 hours of action will be shown live, in addition to a one-hour highlights show on ITV4 each evening.
Live coverage of the opening stage of from Peebles to Drumlanrig Castle on Sunday (September 15) will be shown on British Eurosport, with both channels then broadcasting stages two to eight.
ITV4’s coverage of the race will also be streamed online via the ITV website, and will be available for 30 days post-broadcast on the ITV Player.
