Bespoked Bristol to return to Brunel’s Old Station April 12 2013

Bespoked Bristol will return next year for three days from Friday April 12.

Organiser, Phil Taylor, said the show had found a home at the city’s Brunel’s Old Station, describing the historic building as ‘the perfect location’ for a celebration of bicycle engineering.

Some 4,000 people attended this year’s show, he added, which opened on Friday (23) and finished yesterday (25).

Connoisseurs admire Robin Mather's award-winning machine

Robin Mather won ‘best in show’, while the award for ‘best road bike’ went to Ricky Feather for the machine commissioned from him by Rapha to launch their Continental series of ‘epic’ rides in the UK.

Taylor said his personal highlight had been the satisfaction of bringing together ‘a community of frame builders’, most of whom he said had already enquired about stalls for next year’s show.

Here’s a final gallery of photos from official show photographer, Kayti Peschke.
