Chrome, well known for its messenger bags and other urban inspired stuff, has expanded its range with the release of three new items: the Champ jacket, Shins shorts and Roll-top bag.
The Champ is a lightweight jacket designed for all walks of cycling and built from Schoeller fabric, so breathability, water- and wind-resistance are assured. For urban cyclists, high visibility reflective material has thoughtfully been concealed underneath hidden back and wrist panels: so you can ride safe at night without then having to standout out in a bright yellow jacket the rest of the time.
Complementing the jacket is a new pair of ¾ length shorts. The Shins are made from a 4-way dynamic stretch fabric (make of that what you will), and is highly wind- and water-resistant and, best of all for those commuting to work, quick drying. There’s plenty of storage capacity with large cargo pockets, the knees are articulated for freedom of movement when cycling, and for comfort there’s a slim padded chamois inside.
Finally, doing what Chrome does best is a new bag, the Roll-top. Designed for all-weather it features a huge, fully waterproof main compartment, with welded seams and the watertight roll-top closure. Outside, large easy access pockets and urethane coated zippers make stashing stuff easy, with daisy chain lash points and unbreakable stainless steel hardware. Comfortable shoulder straps, a waist strap and adjustable sternum strap keep the back in place on your back.
