The prize will consist of a travel voucher that entitles two adults and two bicycles to an unlimited [standard] return trip to France (EX UK) with cabins on both legs of the journey.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
I. The prize promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Brittany Ferries, and any affiliates, subsidiary companies, as well as representatives or agents of Brittany Ferries and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the competition.
II. You may enter this prize promotion by completing the registration requirements and answering the question set out on the electronic form entry used within the competition itself.
III. You can also enter the competition by emailing your name, postal address and telephone number to the following address: [email protected].
IV. The prize promotion closing date is 15/07/2009 and any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted by the promoter.
V. The competition is only open to entrants aged 18 years or over.
VI. All of our sailings/ breaks/ holidays are subject to availability and certain busy sailings may be excluded.
VII. This voucher cannot be exchanged in part or whole for cash and is not transferable.
VIII. Voucher cannot be exchanged for services or goods onboard ship unless
stipulated.
IX. Personal travel insurance is excluded from the prize voucher.
X. Valid for travel until 31/12/2009.

XII. The prize can only be taken by the named prizewinner and their elected travelling companion(s).
XIII. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for entries that the promoter does not receive.
XIV. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit.
XV. No responsibility will be accepted for entries, which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post or elsewhere.
XVI. Illegible, incomplete, late or defaced entries will be disqualified.
XVII. The winning entry will be drawn at random by an independent judge on 29/07/2009 and the winner will be notified by telephone or email by the promoter within seven days. If selected as the winner.
XVIII. we will contact you by using the contact details supplied by you when submitting your entry.
XIX. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept the prize, or if we are unable to locate the winner, within a reasonable time frame, using the contact details supplied by the winner on entry, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
XX. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
XXI. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions.
XXII. If the voucher is redeemed for a booking of lesser value, no differential refund can be made.
XXIII. Our decision of the prize winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.

Brittany Ferries policy for those aged under 13
Brittany Ferries encourages parents and guardians to spend time on-line with their children and to participate in any interactive activities on our sites or on sites where we are being promoted.
Brittany Ferries does not use any information collected from persons under age 13 for any marketing purposes. If a person requests information about our site or services then we will send this information to the parent or guardian only. For this we will also require consent from the parent or guardian.
Entrants under 13 years of age must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before entering this competition and must submit the contact details of their parent or guardian.
