Fetch can be used by anyone who has an existing insurance policy covering their bike. Firstly, Contact a Cycle Recovery Centre of your choice. You can do this either by going into the shop or giving them a call. You can use the Fetch website www.fetch.uk.com to find out which shops are participating. This will need to be your first port of call so that Fetch will then manage your claim and ensure you get your replacement bike and accessories from the shop of your choice. The cycle retailer will pass all your details to Fetch and they’ll take care of the rest, its as easy as that. Fetch liaise with your insurer and deal with your claim quickly and efficiently. Finally. Once settlement has been agreed the cycle shop will notify you that you have credit at their shop. You’re now free to select a new bike and accessories, or organise repairs at your leisure.
