If you’ve ever wondered how Chain Reaction Cycles are able to offer so many products and deliver them in super-fast time, then this video gives a glimpse behind the scenes.

Following a product’s journey from order to dispatch, it takes you behind the walls of the company’s 100,000 square foot warehouse which houses 90,000 products and ships to more than 115 different countries around the world.

Highlights in the video include their sophisticated warehouse management system and brand new packaging machine which has reduced the amount of postal lorries CRC use by 30 per cent. All in all, they’re able to dispatch up to 24 orders per minute – so here’s how they do it.
