The Neil Pryde Alize aero road bike was reborn as the Nazaré back in April after a high-profile naming dispute with Specialized and now it has a younger, faster sibling – the Nazaré 2.
The windsurfing-turned-bicycle manufacturer used Eurobike 2014 to unveil the Nazaré 2, which is said to be up to 20 per cent more aerodynamic than the original Nazaré, thanks to a frame design which has evolved with refined tube profiles, an integrated fork, direct mount brakes and a PressFit 86 bottom bracket.
Eurobike gave us the chance to take a closer look at the Nazaré 2 and the rest of Neil Pryde’s model year 2015 range, which continues to include the original Nazaré as an entry-level aero option, the super-light Bura SL and the Zephyr ‘comfort’ bike.
