The 103rd Tour de France rolls out from Mont-Saint-Michel on Saturday July 2, with the WorldTour’s great and good set for the startline of the sport’s greatest race.
A sprinter-friendly stage to Utah Beach will see the likes of Mark Cavendish and Marcel Kittel bid to pull on the first yellow jersey, while the big GC battles will be fought on climbs such as Mont Ventoux, Finhaut-Emosson and Mont Blanc later in the race.
And UK viewers will have a choice of two options when it comes to watching live on TV, with Eurosport’s commentary pairing of Carlton Kirby and Sean Kelly one option, and ITV pairing Ned Boulting and David Millar in the commentary box on ITV 4.
