Sir Chris Hoy’s annual sportive, the HOY 100, returns in 2017 with a new summer date, offering the chance to ride in Cheshire alongside the six-time Olympic champion.
Rolling out of Arley Hall on Sunday July 2, with a choice of 100km or 100-mile courses, the sportive takes in the mixed terrain offered by the Cheshire Plains and the Peak District.
Highlights on the route, which the sportive used for the first time last year, also include Dunham Massey and Tatton Park, while the 100-mile route tackles the more challenging terrain on the edge of the Peak District and a climb through Macclesfield Forest.
