Limar Ultralight Pro 104 cycle helmet
Billed as the world’s lightest helmet, Limar’s Ultralight Pro 104 weighs a scant 170g (claimed) in size M and a mere 200g in size L. It boasts 22 vents, has a micrometric fitment system using a band that wraps right around the head and is tightened using a small thumbwheel and is fitted as standard with insect-excluding mesh in the front vents.
With barely a ridge or flare protruding from its almond profile, the shape is a little subdued but none the worse for it and a choice of four colour finishes means there should be something for every taste. Also available in mtb version with a peak.
