It’s a headset, for sure; one designed for a threadless steerer and to go in a frame not designed to take ‘integrated’ bearings.

It is offered in silver and black finishes and there’s a one-inch version in silver only.

Not much to say on performance so far other than that it is smooth as all smoothery, that it went together easily, that it is well made and finished, that adjustment works as advertised and that the same headset is marketed as Cane Creek.

The main thing is that, if you want an external inch and eighth threadless headset, here’s a good ‘un.
