UK sports nutrition specialist Science in Sport has signed a two year deal with Team CSC to supply the top-ranked UCI ProTour team with the full SiS product range. The Blackburn-based company will provide for all the training and competition nutritional needs of Team CSC’s riders while benefiting from their feedback during further development of its products. The collaboration will also give SiS the perfect springboard from which to lauch the brand into European markets. The agreement is the outcome of discussions at the Tour of Britain and at the Salzburg world championships. SiS already had an established relationship with a number of cyclists within the professional peloton, and was well positioned when Team CSC, noted for its perfectionist approach to every aspect of the sport, started looking for a nutrition partner.
