Natalie Bennett (Green Party)
Leader of the Green Party, Natalie Bennett, has enjoyed increasing popularity in the last few years. In fact, when blind surveyed on which party’s policies they liked most, the British public chose the Greens.
Bennett could only be Peter Sagan. He loves wearing green (he’s won the points competition in the Tour de France for the past three years) and despite a generally favourable perception he has made a few public gaffes of late – the incident with the podium girl stands out as a real ‘what were you thinking’ moment in the same vein as Bennett’s recent meltdown on LBC radio. Sagan has also had some good placings this season, including top fives at Milan-San Remo and Tour of Flanders, but has conspicuously failed to bring home a major win – will it be the same for Bennett?
