With past pupils including Sir Chris Hoy and Sir Bradley Wiggins, Shane Sutton knows what it takes to produce a winner.
After a successful career of his own, which saw the Australian win the Milk Race and the Commonwealth Games road race, Sutton is now on the staff at Team Sky, and Head Coach at British Cycling.
And having helped to mastermind Wiggins’ 2012 Tour de France win, Sutton shared his secrets on becoming a successful rider with RCUK at Jaguar’s Ride Like a Pro Grand Final.
